Our Process
Consultation
Upon initial contact we will schedule an appointment convenient for our customer to come and view their location. Consultations are always free. When meeting, we will discuss your vision and needs for the space. We will provide product brochures and literature for you to look over while we take images, measure and assess your property. We will then provide creative ideas and suggestions based on your initial direction.
2D + 3D Rendering
Simple landscaping projects usually do not require a rendering. However, for more detailed projects or projects on a larger scale, we offer 3D and 2D rendering to allow you to fully visualize your upcoming design. We do require a deposit to complete the renderings which are then included in the overall quote upon approval.
Estimate and Timeline
Upon review and approval of the renderings, we create a very detailed and itemized estimate for review. We take the time to detail each part of the project you know exactly how we are allocating your budget. The project timeframe is defined at this stage as well. Upon Acceptance, a construction contract is drawn up outlining the specifics of the job and any conditions if any that may apply.
Schedule a Date
Upon receiving the deposit, we will then book and schedule your job and ensure it lines up well with your own schedule. Once the project is underway we work until the job is completed taking an organized and systematic approach so that your project runs smoothly. Throughout the entire process, Corey continues to oversee every aspect to ensure each task is completed with the highest level of workmanship.
Completion
Once your outdoor living space is complete we undergo a detailed site inspection with you to make certain that the finished product was executed to the highest standard and that you are fully satisfied. During this process we will take time to educate you on any maintenance guidelines to adhere to and give you a hands on tutorial of how to operate any appliances and/or controls for equipment that has been installed.

Our Guarantees
At Laco we believe that customer service is the most important part of the of project. We take pride is providing prompt responses to all clients, past and present. Upon project completion, if there are any questions or concerns you may have—we are here to help. Our workmanship is fully covered with a 5 year warranty and a 2 year warranty for plant material (provided an irrigation is in place). Our warranty is fully-transferable should you happen to sell your home within the five-year period.
